Can anyone help me connect ps3 to projector?
hey I just picked up my ps3 and need help to hook my Dell projector. here is a link to the projector that displays an image of the back ... The http://reviews.cnet.com/home-theater-projectors/dell-1200mp-dlp-projector/4505-7858_7-31890360.html?tag=also I get projector cable channels in HD, so I do not see why I can not do the same with my PS3. I'm a little technologically ignorant so any help is appreciated. sorry I mistakenly gave the wrong link. My projector has the same inputs, but it definitely supports high definition. Here is the correct link ... http://www.projectorcentral.com/Dell-1100MP.htm
Hey I see yellow jack in the picture I think you can use that, but will not give you maximum results. Besides playing through projector PS3 is expensive in cost. (Bulb projector usually represent 2000-3000 hours) and the price is not cheap source over $ 100.
help choosing a projector!?
I'm looking for a home theater projector (~ $ 1500 or less wide) for my pool house. The building is the size of a large living room, and there is a long window. The most important thing I've found, is that you probably want something thats quite bright, a lot of lumens (3000 is needed?). I chose two that might work, but since there are so many, I really do not know where to start, but I've been watching some reviews on cnet .. 1. http://reviews.cnet.com/home-theater-projectors/dell-2400mp-dlp-projector/4505-7858_7-31878925.html?ttag=rev_spon_prod February. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824248056
There are plenty of multimedia / presentation projectors have more lumens high, but typically less than ideal for home theater use. They use ratios 4:3 and usually have a count of 1024 x 768 pixels or 800 x 600 which are lower to HD 720p or 1080p. They can be your most affordable option but only as most home theater projector will not more than 2000 lumens and be under 1500. You could go with one of these and use a high gain screen. A high-gain gray screen would be best when you have more ambient light in your room. Of course, so you're talking about a screen that can cost as much as the projector. You may have a gray screen to aid levels in black anyway. Ultimately if you're going to have an image with poor contrast washed out, unless you're watching movies at night. Take care, about buying some blackout blinds or heavy curtains for your windows?
