How soundproof a room?

I'm starting to play drums and I need to sound proof my room. Any suggestions?

There are several ways to do .... How much want to spend???? An easy some what "cheaper" way is to use CREATE EGG mattress covers. You can also use cardboard holders beverage as Mc D's Or just go to a music store like Guitar Center and buy the sound field testing them ... Good luck! From a drummer friend!
