What is the best surround sound home theater outside the system, which is reasonably priced?

When I say reasonable, I do not mean dirt cheap, but I'm a soldier, so I do not much money either. I want a system that has a total wattage performance, and having to hide cables no problem. In general I want a high quality system, which is not too expensive? Any help?
