Need help with a problem at work (urgent)?

I just got a job (basic) in a Fortune 500 bank checks /. I work in an isolated back room to sort controls on this thing from the machine. The machine is very strong and I have very sensitive ears, so this is terrible. A few minutes in this room gives me a pain ear. I bought ear muffs super high quality but are too tight and bulky and too heavy. Then I tried earplugs, but my channel hearing aids are so small that they can adapt to any ear plugs properly. What we need is some kind of headset, earpiece, headset (etc. ..) what I write can be comfortably worn for 6-8 hours a day. The machines are not "industrial" strong guy, but is still quite strong. Enough strong I need some protection. Maybe something that is not sound proof, things I have, but something even help my ears, while allowing me to take comfortably for long periods of time. Fit-To-Be-Tried disposable earplugs, which are large and comfortable you forget they are there. Available in stores that sell energy, etc tools that come in small packages square as a single dose of pain pills. good luck.
