I am moving into a condo, and while the landlady is okay with my four parrots, she is still worried about the noise disrupting the other neighbors.

What is a nice, easy, temporary way to soundproof my walls? I've been searching online and at home reno stores for some sort of panel that doesnt need to ahve the walls torn down to install to help muffle the screams a little bit.

Styrofoam paneling or heavy blankets draped over the walls AND WINDOW!! The blankets look better with out needing to do to much work.
