how to connect cable box, projector, PS2 and DVD home theater system?

We have a projector epson only has the yellow video connector on the back. I'm not even sure where to begin. My boyfriend started in him, but only he can get the DVD and home theater projector to work, or cable and the projector but cannot put them all together. if anyone needs information additional answer this question only because I have no idea what we are doing or what we cables

You can buy an adapter signal a switch, allowing you to connect up to three or four sources of input. In other words, you can connect your PS2 and DVD system and switch between the two without disconnecting any thing. Look in the back of the DVD system. Find a yellow cat that says "TV OUT" or something like that. Connect a yellow RCA cable to it, and the other end divider. Then do the same with the yellow cable PS2 is connected to the second entrance to the separator. Connect the white and red cables from the PS2 on the splitter too. Now finding the "Audio Out" on the projector. Connect another set of red and white cables to it and the other ends to the "VCR IN" jacks on the DVD system. Connect all speakers as indicated in the manual of the DVD system. Now, you must have the PS2 plugged into the separator, and the projector's audio system connected to the DVD. Take a yellow RCA cable and connect in the "VCR IN" on the DVD system. Connect the other end to the "Picture" takes the divider. Now, take another yellow wire and connect one end to "Picture" DVD-making system. The other end goes in the video "In" connector on the projector. Turn all equipment and follow the projector manual for how to change the A / V (Can be RGB In, Video In, A / V In, etc..) Then make sure the DVD system is set to the proper signal, TV or VCR, or something. Turn PS2 and play audio CDs or something, anything with audio and video. Once you have the proper operation of DVD and video through the projector, it is good to go. Why not home theater system work when watching TV?

My husband just connect a new home theater system samsung. It works well when watching a DVD, but does not work when we're just watching regular TV. If you need more info I will edit to provide that information. Thanks in advance for your help. They are both Samsung. I bought an optical cable and now it works. Thanks
